Hi, I’m Kate!

I've spent twenty years empowering women to see their true self that is hiding under their fears, shame, perfectionism, and unrealistic expectations. 

My aim is to help you see yourself clearly for the first time. All of the answers you're looking for are inside of you already. But I know how hard it is to find them on your own with all of that other noise getting in the way. 

My job is to help you quiet down all of those crappy thoughts so you can see what I already know about you. 

I’m here for you as guide, confidant, and accountability. I want to honor the unique woman you are, instead of asking you to mold yourself into someone else's idea of what you or your home should look like. 

In 2018 I had a life-changing experience when I dove in and decluttered my own home. The experience showed me the connection between self-care and a healthy home. 

That was when I knew I had to help other women feel the pride and relief I felt. 

I found power and strength in myself when I took control of my home. I got over my own shit and stopped believing I was "just a slob", which was the thought that had held me back my entire life. 

My goal is for you to find your version of that story. To stop hiding behind limiting beliefs and grab onto the life and home you deserve!

As a trained psychologist and life coach, I have a unique perspective on decluttering your home that is about you and your journey, not just the stuff in your home.
