I know 2pm seems awfully early in the day when you have so much to do. Caffeine agitates your central nervous system and stays in you for a while so if you suffer from anxiety or have a hard time sleeping you need to give yourself a break from the stuff that makes you vibrate. The great side effect to doing this is your body will become less accustomed to the caffeine after a while and you’ll actually get more impact from your morning coffee.
