This is the best mental decluttering tip I can give. It’s counter-intuitive, but it’s good. We complicate the crap out of our lives with all of the thinking and comparing and worrying. Don’t think. Don’t plan. Don’t question yourself. You have the answer. Quiet down all of the hurt, shoulds, have-to’s, guilt, shame, fear, judgments, perceptions and opinions. Listen to the quiet voice that lives inside you for your truth. This can be the hardest mind decluttering skill to get ahold of, but it’s worth the struggle. Trust yourself.
