As the new year approaches (or the winter solstice depending on your preference for beginnings) we’re in a space of considering resetting and restarting. “What do you want?” is one of my favorite questions, but it can lead to frustration, confusion, and self-criticism when the person being asked truly doesn’t know their answer.
